Alberto Buzzanca

He inherits from his father, visionary painter and biting cartoonist, the paraphernalia for photographing; but perhaps much more. This is how Alberto Buzzanca’s artistic commitment was born at the age of 23 in 1992. Two old reflex cameras, the lenses, the desire to try for fun. A walk along the river, the first shots. Then cascades of manuals, books, magazines, the curiosity to learn, to understand how the magic of the great masterpieces is born. Buzzanca understands that he is not made for inanimate landscapes, that his photos must live, excite and excite him. Here come the portraits, the models. Until the big moment: he abandons his job confidently for passion. An act of courage, a mix of awareness and humility. He opens a studio. He is an advertising photographer, collaborates with agencies, publishes in national magazines. Among the various publications, the photographic book “the voices of a shell” (2007), where he follows the artistic path of the painter Matteo Massagrande, and the book “the dark side and the light side” (2011), a collection of images with the best artists and photographers of the moment. He has over thirty corporate photo calendars to his credit. Winner in 2009 of the Photo.fr contest on 50,000 photos from all over the world. Since 2014 he has been an ambassador in the world for the prestigious Fujifilm brand, for which he tests and sponsors the photographic material. The favorite subject is people: models in the studio or immersed in suggestive locations, but also men, women, children portrayed in reportages around the world. Originally from Caracas (Venezuela), Vanessa arrived in Italy in 1995.
She graduated as a beautician at the Scuola Primia in Padua, later specializing as a make-up artist.
Cultivating a passion for fashion and stage clothes, she transforms her hobby into a real job: she begins to collaborate with the most important discos in Italy and the most popular entertainment agencies as a costume designer.
Her eclectic personality, combined with a lively fantasy, allow her to create elaborate costumes and fashion headdresses.
